These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Uzura Inc. (株式会社鶉) ("we", "us", or "our") at SME Nexus (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Tokyo, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
